So, I was recently at a theme/amusement park, waiting in line for a ride, when I noticed a woman several feet ahead of me, with a tattoo on the base of her neck.
Now, I don't have any tattoos, nor do I want to get one. Many people have tattoos, and that is there business. However, if you have a provocative tattoo, or a colorful eye catching tattoo, I'm going to look at it, possibly even stare at it. That's what you're getting into with these types of tattoos. So be it. To each his own.

Anyway, this particular tattoo, only seen because it was a hot afternoon, and the woman in question had her hair up in a ponytail, said "In Memory of Brittania" (not the actual name). It was nicely done, straight, spelled correctly and such.
But then I started thinking...why put a memorial tattoo there?
Did she get it as a reminder, but then kept it out of sight to herself?
Did she get it when she was wearing short hair, and then decided to go with the longer hair?
Did she forget about Brittania?

And who would see it, and under what circumstances?

My mind began to wander over the most awkward of post-coital conversations...

"So, that was incredible. Let me catch my breath for a moment. By the way. who was Brittania?"

or

"I noticed your tat as I was pulling your hair from behind while we were going at it, tell me more about Brittania..."

SO many questions and possibilities.

Does she have a different person's memorial emblazoned elsewhere on her body. If so, in which order were they placed. Is there one on the small of her back (known in some circles as the 'tramp stamp')?

If she had just worn her hair down that day...

And, in an unrelated issue, if you're on your cellphone in a very public place, and having a very loud conversation that everyone can hear, you are fair game. I reserve the right to jump into the conversation/argument and take either side I wish, even if I have to make up my own side.
